Refund policy

Unworn items with original tags attached may be returned in store within 7 days of delivery.  Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, or missing components.

For shipping returns, please contact us via email Jesse@FortandArrow.com or during business hours, the store directly at (484) 373-9349  to obtain a return authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Return shipping cost is the purchaser’s responsibility except when the item is damaged or defective; in those cases we will cover return shipping. We recommend insured, trackable shipping; we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit unless return shipping was prepaid by Fort+Arrow

Notify us within 3 days if an item arrives damaged or defective. We will arrange return shipping at our expense and provide a replacement or full refund.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Gift cards are non‑returnable.

Final‑sale merchandise and custom or made‑to‑order items are non‑returnable.
