Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. All shipments are sent, insured and trackable via UPS. Standard domestic delivery times and options will be shown at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with any relevant shipping status, tracking details and delivery updates.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on shipping speed, weight, and destination. All promotional free‑shipping offers apply only where expressly stated.

Please contact the store directly for international shipping options, pricing, customs, and delivery estimates. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees unless otherwise noted. These fees are not included in item prices or shipping charges.

Contact us immediately to request changes or cancellations. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package of any damage resulting from shipping so we can assist with a claim.

Processing times for made‑to‑order, bespoke, or pre‑order items vary and are specified at purchase.

Ikebana are not eligible for shipping and only available for pick-up in store.
